It's a black Omeshi (formal silk fabric). It has a shimmering peacock feather pattern, and it looks like Majolica Omeshi. It has a slightly crepe-like, firm texture. The pattern is understated, so it looks quite chic at first glance. It would look great with a simple obi (sash), but it would also suit a flashy one. It doesn't seem to have been worn much, but the lining has discolored overall to a dark beige. The hagari (lining at the hem) is originally yellow, but there are light stains spreading. It's discoloration of silk over time, not dirt, so if you don't mind, you can wear it as is.
