Outdoors, I rolled it around the parking lot within the premises. There are no noticeable stains, but there are some light stains and scuffs here and there. The pattern helps to hide them, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. There are no scratches on the fabric. There is some deterioration due to age, on the color of the wheels and the decorative part of the outer zipper charm.
