The items included are the main unit, case, charging cable, and original box, as shown in the photos. To avoid any misunderstandings, please note that this is not an AFTER SHOKZ (old manufacturer product). It is also not an OPENCOMM (2). I only used it for web conferences for about 4-5 hours, and then stored it, so it's barely used. The main unit has no noticeable scratches. The case has some scratches (see photos 9 and 10). I haven't used it recently because I've had fewer web conferences where I need to speak for work. The best thing about this model is, without a doubt, its excellent sound quality and microphone performance, especially for conferences where you are speaking. Also, the battery lasts a long time, and there's almost no self-discharge when not in use (a sign of a good product), so it's reliable.
