This is a listing for a brand new, unused wind spinner (yaguruma) only. (The carp streamers are not for sale.) I don't use a pole, but instead hang the carp streamers with a rope, so I've never used this. I purchased it about 4 years ago. I've included a picture (image 3) of the size of the carp streamers that I used with the wind spinner as a reference. (Carp streamers not included, not for sale.)
