This is a Shimano Surf Leader SF 405BX. I previously purchased it used from a fishing tackle shop. As shown in the photos, it's in beautiful condition with only minor scratches, and I believe the reel seat and guides have been upgraded to titanium. The original two guides have double wrapping and are finished very nicely. There is no bag. This item has been in someone's possession before.
