I've been using this for about six months after purchase, so as shown in photo 2, the entire silver part around the mirror has discolored. There are no noticeable scratches or stains on the mirror or surface, but please understand that this is a used item. Please be aware that this is not new. I will wrap it in bubble wrap and waterproof it for shipping as shown in photo 3. Feel free to comment if you have any questions.
