A rare piece with a shining personality ❤️ This is an antique silk crepe (awase) *tsukesage* kimono with a bewitching and mysterious charm, featuring a very rare color and pattern. Although it is a *tsukesage* or *houmongi* (formal kimono), the checkered pattern gives it a casual feel, and the overall atmosphere makes it suitable for everyday wear. Breaking away from the conventional ideas and concepts of traditional kimono, this piece is highly recommended for daily wear. I hope you will enjoy it in a uniquely stylish way. There are two small spots near the hem of the front panel that appear to be from the dyeing process, and a very faint, indistinct ring stain near the seam of the right sleeve hem.
