This is a Victorian Maiden jumperskirt. The color is black. As it's from quite an early collection, the specific name is unknown. The black grosgrain jumperskirt features lawn fabric pin tucks in the center. I believe there are no stains, but there is a slight fraying at the seams of the pin tuck fabric. I don't think there are any other issues, but please understand that this is a personal inspection, so please purchase with that in mind.
