I purchased this new about a year ago and used it approximately three times for camping. It has some dirt, but I haven't found any tears or holes, although I may have missed something. The retail price was around 15,000 yen, so I think it's a good deal. Please consider it if you are interested. Please consider this item as used. Returns and complaints are not accepted.
