I believe this is Capsule Plarail Thomas the Tank Engine. These are wind-up types, from gashapon machines. Thomas (2015 version) Edward (2012 version) Compared to Thomas, Edward's wind-up movement is slower (weaker). The pull-back Hiro is from 2012 and was a campaign item, possibly from Suntory. These are vintage items that children have played with, so there are small scratches, etc. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about condition.
