This is a thinning shear from Shima Riken. The thinning rate is 30-40%, but I only used it on dry hair, and it feels like it's around 30%. It gives a delicate thinning effect. There are minor scratches because it was kept in a scissor case. Purchase date: March 2025 I bought it for men's thinning, but I haven't used it on more than 30 people.
