There are quite a few threads about the packaging, so I've marked it as "Used - Acceptable" (there's a scratch inside the yellow circle in photo 2). I've priced it accordingly, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. (There are small marks on the jacket inside the circle in photo 4.) I think it's at a level that you wouldn't notice unless you looked closely. The disc is in beautiful condition with no scratches. There are no codes included.
