This is a simplex scanner where you manually feed in the originals. I purchased it in December 2018 and was using it actively until recently. It still scans almost perfectly. Please purchase with the following points of caution in mind: - When scanning A4 paper, noise may occur in the data about once every 50 scans, and when scanning ID cards, etc., about once every 10 scans. There is no problem if you rescan. - The clasp on the battery cover is broken and will not stay closed. There is no problem if you secure it with tape, etc. (I will send it to you taped with masking tape.) - Overall, there are color irregularities where the color of the storage bag has transferred. - Of the accessories, the SD memory card and soft carrying bag are not included.
