As you can see in the photos, the bags inside are unopened, so I believe there are no missing parts, but the decals may have deteriorated over time. The outer box has some light scratches and discoloration due to age. See photos 15-20. If you are concerned about the condition, please refrain from purchasing. Shipping will be via regular mail (unregistered), with packing material inside the box to prevent movement, and the outer box wrapped in bubble wrap.
