It seems the hem was raised by rolling it up largely on the inside, which is not often done in Japan. I purchased the item with the hem unraveled and had it re-stitched with a chain stitch by a vintage Union Special machine. The tag is sewn without being folded, so it's likely an error item. Reinforcement is present on the inner thigh from the inside. Model is 176cm tall, 65kg. I'm selling it cheaper than the market price, so please have the hem adjusted by the buyer.
