I bought this for my long-haired cat and used it once, then stored it. I confirmed its operation, and it worked energetically, so I think it's fine. I cleaned it as much as possible and applied oil to the moving parts before storing it. Everything in the pictures is included. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
