This is a completed power band for a hand spear. Wishbones are attached to both ends with Dyneema. The lines extending from the wishbones are 8cm and 10cm long, allowing them to be set on the hand and the butt of the spear. The rubber length is 117cm, and this is the setting I use with a 4.5m hand spear.
