Panasonic TH-L19C3-P Terrestrial/BS/110-degree CS Digital High-Definition LCD TV VIERA Made in 2011 I purchased this in 2011 and used it in my room. I only watched it occasionally for short periods, and although I didn't use it every day, it's been with me for many years. Suddenly, it stopped turning on, so I'm listing it as a junk item. I would appreciate it if those who can repair it or use it for parts would consider it. Currently, sometimes the TV turns on and the green lamp lights up when I plug and unplug the power cord or turn the power on/off, but I ask for your understanding that it is being sold as a non-functional item. Regarding the symptom of not turning on, the red lamp blinks 14 times, and the screen and audio are completely dark and unresponsive. There is some discoloration on the upper left of the screen frame. There are no cracks on the screen. I don't think there are any major scratches, but I can't determine the extent of minor scratches, so please understand.
