This is an Elsa doll. New, unused, and unopened. Purchased in America. I accidentally bought two of the same one. There is a slight dent on the outer plastic case. It does not affect the doll itself, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Shipping costs are high, so I cannot offer a significant discount, but I would be happy if someone who likes it would purchase it.
