The image drum is the one that came with the printer when it was purchased and has been repaired once, but there are no quality issues. The toner being sold is only black and cyan, but they are compatible products and can be used to produce colors almost identical to the genuine ones. The toner has been used very little; please refer to the photos of the toner levels (fourth photo), K and C only, for the remaining amount.
