Purchased about 15 years ago from an antique shop. I believe it's an old item, but I was told at the time of purchase that it had been repaired, so there is no noticeable wobble. It appears to have multiple layers of paint, and there are some stains that look like uneven paint, which cannot be removed. There are small scratches and minor chips.
