This is a menu from Le Chaboté, a French restaurant in Ginza, given to me by the chef about 35 years ago. It was a casual French restaurant, and the food was so delicious that I went there regularly. This is a rare menu that I received from the chef at that time. The restaurant's name means "Puss in Boots," and the menu design is very stylish.
