This is a fluffy long coat. It's new and unused because I never had a chance to wear it, but since it's from about two years ago and doesn't have tags, I'm listing it as "like new." It has snap buttons in the front, with two buttons. There are also pockets on both sides. The inside is a smooth material, so I think it's wind-resistant. Please comment if you have any questions.
