The color is beige, so it may be difficult to see in the photos, but there is some pilling in places. I think it's not enough to affect wear, and I don't see any other stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as it is a used item. It's size 9, but I think it has shrunk a little because it's 100% cotton. Please check the length in the image with the measuring tape.
