I remember reading it with great interest. At that time, there was a newspaper article introducing the author, which I cut out and kept inside the book. As shown in the photo, there are brown stains over two pages. Other than that, there is no significant dirt or damage, but there is discoloration due to aging. I will ship the newspaper article together with the books. Later, "The Kitchen Where Cooking Disappeared" was published, which discussed the changes in home cooking along with the period of rapid economic growth from the author's perspective, and I purchased it.
