Both the TEMPO PLUS & TEMPO LAB PLUS from Ark Playing Cards are brand new, unopened decks. These are unique decks that come with a UV light. Special ink causes the cards to change color and glow when illuminated by a UV light, making them unlike any other deck. They are already out of stock on overseas websites, and I believe these decks are particularly difficult to obtain in Japan.
