Product Description This is a pair of Ainu wood carvings, a folk craft from Hokkaido. A tag that reads "Tenchi Ko-saku" is attached. The carvings of the expressions and clothing are detailed, making these wood-carved figures quite striking. They come with a base, making them easy to display. These are believed to have been made as souvenirs from Hokkaido during the Showa era.
