Purchased at Toys "R" Us. Since it wasn't used very often, I don't feel there's much damage. All covers have been removed and washed. The color is called Star Navy. Includes the instruction manual and inner cushion. This is a long-use type that can be used from newborns to junior mode (around 7 years old). There is some discoloration on the shoulder belts. The rear infant belt storage cover (see the photo in the instruction manual) is missing. I used it without the cover because I had to remove it every time I adjusted the belt. It can be used without the cover, so please consider it. It will be shipped in a cardboard box.
