This is an obi (sash) only listing. Kimono, obijime (sash cord), etc. are not included. This is a two-piece, easy-to-wear obi made from a repurposed fukuro obi (formal obi). It is likely made of silk. It is divided into a section for the waist and a separate ribbon for the back, making it easy to put on. The beautiful silver and white design with gorgeous patterns and many pleats and "wings" makes this a very glamorous obi. It is made in the same way as a hand-tied obi. The waist section can be tied and secured with a string. After putting it on, please adjust the "wings" to your liking (*^^*) The back has a wire hook, which can be inserted into the waist section and secured by tying the string. Finally, like when wrapping a fukuro obi, pass the obijime through the remaining part of the obi at the back and tie it in the front. You don't need an obi pillow. The waist size is about 140cm. Suitable for juniors, coming-of-age ceremonies, etc. ★It may be too large for Shichi-Go-San (Children's Day). For juniors, we can shorten the waist size, so please let us know.
