This is the castanets' single CD "Nenai Nenai Nenai." It's the opening theme song for the TV anime "Dokkiri Doctor," and I bought the CD because I liked the show. When I listened to it, the intro was longer than I expected, and the song felt long overall. I still preferred the TV size version, so I just put it away. There are no visible scratches on the disc surface, but there are minor scratches on the paper part of the case (as if it was sandwiched in a protective case).
