Thank you for viewing. This is a Luxxe Mebaru rod. It's new and unused, but unfortunately, there is some staining from the time of purchase, as shown in the last image. It looks like some kind of rubber has adhered to it. There is also some rubber-like staining, like rubber bands, inside the rod bag. Other than that, I think there are almost no scratches or stains, so please judge from the images and only purchase if you understand used fishing tackle. The included accessories are the rod bag.
