This is a BRIO 3D Quarry set. There is no "Falling Rocks" sign. Everything else seems to be included, but the photos show everything. It's been used quite a bit, but since it's made of a material that doesn't get dirty easily, the dirt isn't very noticeable except for some of the rails.
