This is a necklace of Shiriki Utundu from the Tower of Terror at DisneySea (American Waterfront). I purchased it when the Tower of Terror first opened. I believe it's a pretty rare item in the Shiriki Utundu series. My Disney-fanatic friends have never seen it before, and I was satisfied with owning it, but I thought it was a waste to just keep it stored away, so I'm putting it up for sale.
