This is an And Couture navy short-sleeved dress. I purchased it around 2021 and found it useful for dinners and other occasions. I loved wearing it, but I'm selling it because it no longer fits. The knit part looks a bit white in places, but I think it's still wearable. The top is made of thin knit, and the skirt is a dotted lace, making for a very elegant and cute design. The skirt has a lining. It's a spring-to-autumn material.
