This is China's costume from Gakuen Hetalia. I purchased it on Amazon. I wore it once for an outdoor cosplay and have stored it in a dark place since. There are no scratches or fading. The costume size is L, and the loafers are 24.5cm. I am 160cm tall with a standard build, and I usually wear a size M, but this fit perfectly.
