This is only for the accessories of the fetal Doppler Angel Sounds. Angel Sounds *Since the main unit is a medical device, this is only for the accessories. Gel is not included. I have been using commercially available cream without any problems. Used less than 10 times. I will disinfect with alcohol before shipping. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as it has been stored at home.
