Yanagiba knife, blade length 28.3cm, 194g. The spine is about 3.4mm thick near the top of the heel. It seems to be a brand from a while back. It can only be found on the used market. This is a genuine kasumi blade, made by laminating soft iron and steel. The rust marks are mostly removed, but there are faint marks and small scratches if you look closely, so please check the photos carefully. The blade width is ample and remains in excellent condition. The most significant feature is that it is a left-handed knife, which is very rare on the used market. The handle has been replaced with a new one and should last for quite some time. It has been thoroughly sharpened, the blade has been honed, and it has been polished.
