I will create a special listing with a reduced price. This price reduction is for the buyer who purchased the black type and was inconvenienced, as a gesture of sincere apology. The item has the marble pattern shown in the photos. (The actual color may differ from the photos, and I don't know the official color name.) This is a mechanical pencil that uses a "crown rotation mechanism" to extend and retract the lead, by turning the crown (top cap) instead of the barrel. Unlike knock-type pencils, you might find it takes some getting used to before the lead comes out initially. That might be part of the charm of the crown. I took photos of the overall marble pattern. (The color in the photos may differ from the actual color, but the marble pattern is the same.) I purchased this several years ago and used it a few times. This is a very rare item, as the No. 3 mechanical pencil is not sold at Itoya. The lead size is 0.5mm, a size that suits the Japanese preference for fine writing. It has a thick barrel. As a lover of writing instruments, I have stored it carefully. I will pass it on to someone who appreciates its value. Please forgive any minor imperfections due to it being a used item. I believe the exterior is in excellent condition (in my opinion). I will be listing it in an auction format.
