This is a pure copper grater (Shinkodo) and a stainless steel measuring bowl (KANKUMA). My father-in-law bought these from a catalog and stored them at home, and the outer box has discolored. According to the instructions, the bowl was also supposed to be pure copper, but the copper bowl is nowhere to be found. Instead, it was stored in the box with the stainless steel measuring bowl (KANKUMA). The sizes of these two items seem to fit perfectly, and I think the spout will make them easy to use.
