This is an FTW plate that I've used daily for fermented brown rice for about 7 years. Currently, I use it exclusively for making miso, but I'm selling one because I now have another silver plate. It's new, and while it takes about two weeks to make miso with a new plate, it only takes about a week with the silver plate. If you want to know more, I recommend looking at the FTW book. It has been under pressure in a pressure cooker for over 2000 days, so there is some deformation, but it has more energy than a new one. I highly recommend it to those looking for a silver plate. It's been used for over 7 years, so it's not exactly pretty, but I hope to deliver it to someone who understands its energy.
