This is a calligraphy piece by Yasuhiro Nakasone, former Prime Minister of Japan. I received this from an acquaintance, so I don't know if it's handwritten or printed. The brushstrokes and ink bleeding suggest it's likely handwritten, but I cannot guarantee it. Please understand this. I've included many photos, so please assess it yourself.
