This is a Pentel fountain pen. It has a metal design with decorative accents on the nib and barrel, and is a classic pen with a solid weight. The "Pentel" logo is also on the inside of the case. Due to long-term storage, there are fine scratches, dullness, and changes due to aging. We have not tested it for writing with ink, so please consider it with the assumption that maintenance will be required if you intend to use it.
