This is a dark vermilion fabric with a crepe-like texture. It was probably used as a base for a multi-tiered Hina doll display. The dolls are no longer available, and I have no use for the fabric, so I'd like to pass it on to someone who will. In addition to being used as a base cloth for Hina dolls, it can also be cut up and used as a material for handmade crafts.
