This is a novelty item received when purchasing a Cosme Decorte product at a department store in April 2025. I am selling it because I have no plans to use it. It will be carefully packaged with bubble wrap before shipping. I took it out of the box for the photos, but the plastic bag is unopened. Although it is a new, unopened item, please understand that it has been handled by a person before purchasing.
