These are BONTON strap shoes. They have a black base with blue polka dots. I purchased these from someone else and used them for outings when I was carrying my child. I've only used them a few times indoors, so they are in very good condition! They look so cute when worn! I think the condition is good. If anyone is looking for these, please consider them.
