These are collaboration sneakers from adidas x Marimekko. They are a limited edition item that is currently sold out. The Unikko pattern is very eye-catching and cute. They were sold as a junior model, but they are available in sizes that adults can wear. They have been worn about 10 times, and I think there is little wear on the soles.
