This is a very beautiful lamp, but I'm selling it because I'm not using it. The top part is plastic. I don't know the manufacturer. Also, the light bulb is not working, so please replace it when you use it. There are no smokers in my home, so there is no smell or stains from cigarettes. I also don't have any pets, so there are no pet-related stains or odors.
