This is "Plarail Talking Thomas OT-01". There is a small black mark on the back of Thomas. The voice and operation have been confirmed, but the batteries will be removed for sale, so please prepare them yourself (2 AA batteries and 2 AAA batteries are required). I am selling this because my child no longer plays with it.
