It is unused, but upon opening for photography, the Velcro portion has yellowed, and small stains were found in two places near the inner pocket (photos 6 and 7). Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these details. It will be folded in half for shipping to fit in a Yu-Packet Post Mini envelope. Please only purchase if you understand and accept that it has been stored at home for a long period of time.
