It was used about 2-3 times with the included trial batteries. The items included are everything shown in the photos, and I believe nothing is missing. The trial batteries that came with the purchase were used, so I have inserted replacement batteries. The collar has been cut to fit my dog (a small dog, approximately 10kg). It has been cut long, so I think it will be fine. I recommend this to those who are hesitant to buy a Wanbull or are considering a used item. Shipping will be done by removing the item from the box and wrapping it in bubble wrap.
